Set Up:

If your team is looking for more practice with heading, this soccer drill is perfect for you. There will be two sets of players with different colored jerseys on to distinguish them from one another. One player will start with the ball heading it to a player on their team. They will move around going back and forth heading the ball to one another. The other players are on defense at this point, trying to interfere with the head and make the other team turn it over. Working on accuracy of head passing during this drill is most important.
