Y-Passing With Goalkeepers
Y-Passing With Goalkeepers
Organization:
Area: 40y x penalty area width
Set up the letter Y with 4 cones. The two ‘high cones’ are placed 15 yards outside of the penalty box. Two large goals on both edges of the goalbox. Two groups of multiple players, with ball, at the starting cone. One or two players at other cones. Players work over the left and right side at the same time. 1 passes to 2. Player 2 opens up and passes to player 3. Player 3 dribbles the ball to the 18 yard line and shoots. At first in the hands of the goalkeeper. Warm the goalkeeper up. After several minutes the players can score. Switch lines when coming back to the starting point. Variation: Player 2 bounces the ball back to 1, who plays a long pass to 3.
