Cross Box Passing Series - Drill #1
Cross Box Passing Series - Drill #1
Set Up:
The players start at the cones, with the ball starting at the center cone with Player 1. Player 1 begins the drill with a pass up to either of the opposite corners. In the example, Player 1 passes to Player 2, and he plays the next pass square to Player 3 (If Player 1 had passed to Player 3, then he would make the next pass square to Player 2). Player 3 then makes the next pass diagionally across to Player 4. Player 4 finds Player 2 with the next pass, playing it to him as he runs into the center. Player 2 finishes the sequence with a pass to the center line. Upon completion, Player 1, 2, and 4 rotate clockwise. On the next sequence, the first pass should go to the other corner to Player 3, and when play is complete on that side, the players will rotate counter-clockwise.
