Set Up:

• Teams play 4 v 4 on a split field, with 3 players in their own defending half and one player in the attacking half. The players must stay in their halves during play.

• Teams are awarded 1pt if goal scored from attacking half, 3 pts if scored from defensive half.

• Play for 2 minutes and switch. The winning team stays on. If the game is tied, the team that has been on the longest goes off.

Coaching Points:

• Always be looking to score. If you can’t, can you pass to a teammate who can?

• Encourage quick transitions and attacking with speed.

• If there is space/time to shoot from outside the 18, take it. A poor shot on goal has more chance to go in than no shot on goal
