Set Up:

20x20 box, play is 3v3 with neutrals on the edge. The green team attacks any small goal, scoring only with a one touch finish. The black team tries to win the ball and score a point with five consecutive passes. 

How quickly can we regain possession?

Can we transition quickly to attack?

Can we make the area big when in possession?

Coaching Points:

1.  The defenders should force play into a corner to better gain possession.

2.  Commit immediately to the attack when a teammate wins the ball. 

3.  Expand the field when you have possession by playing a long pass to a neutral.
