Rotations: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 1. Players 5 and 6 switch with each other.
Progressions:
-Perform from the other side.
-Vary the combination for Ball #1.
-Vary the services from the flank tor Ball #2 - driven, lofted, on ground, near post/middle/far post
-Add defenders to defend Ball #2.
-Vary the services from the coach for Ball #3 - headers, volleys.
Coaching Points:
1. Timing the Run - Watch the combination closely and hold your run if extra touches are taken.
2. Crossing - Hit the cross with pace in order to add power to the finishing header.
3. Finishing - Concentrate on making solid contact on a ball set back from the end line. Don't overpower it.
