Set Up:

Each team puts half of their team on the end line and the other half into a shooting line. The teams alternate service during the game, serving air balls in with their feet. The shooter must shoot from within the small zone set up in the penalty area. After shooting, that player becomes the goalkeeper for his team, playing the very next shot. The first team to 10 points wins.

Coaching Points:

1.  Let the ball come down to earth before striking the volley.

2.  Use the shoelaces and not the inside of the foot.

3.  Approach the ball from an angle if you can.

Progressions:

1.  The shooter may take one touch with the thigh before hitting the volley.

2.  Speed up the service and make each GK sprint back.
