Explanation:

On the pitch the players play possession. For example and as shown, 4v4 with a player who helps the team in possession. When the coach shouts "play!" the teams start a 4v4+1 game, shooting in the direction previously agreed by the coach when explaining the Kick Off game. Let the players play, re-visit the possession practice as often or as little as you wish during the game.
