Equipment: Balls, cones, pinnies, 2 large goals
Two teams start next to each goal. Start off with 1v0. A player dribbles to the goal and tries to score. After the shot, two players from that side run out to start a 2v1. After they score, shoot wide or a save is made by the goalie, two new players run out to create a 3v2. After they score, shoot wide or a save is made by the goalie, just one new player runs out to create a 3v3. Game starts over when goal is scored. The other team now starts with a 1v0.

Defending: Pressure / Cover / Balance principles, 1v1 Defending, staying compact.
Transition: Defending to Attacking: Explode and quick first pass in transition.
