Start with a low cross from the end line near the goal. The goalkeeper deals with the shot and rolls the ball to the goalkeeper on the 18. Deal with the shot and distribute the ball. Switch positions after four turns. Switch sides after each goalie had four turns, several times.

Focus Points:

• Proper technical execution of passing and receiving and distribution.

• Proper execution of dealing with a shot, falling and diving.

• Positioning and movement in the goal.
