Organization:
The coach passes the ball towards the goal. Two players sprint after the ball and try to score as quickly as possible. 100% sprint. Finish in one or two touches. Players must walk back after the sprint. Full recovery.
SPRINT SEQUENCE:
A. 8 sprints of 6 yards, 30 seconds rest between sprints B. 3 minutes rest C. 6 sprints of 17 yards, 45 seconds rest between sprints D. 3 minutes rest E. 4 sprints of 28 yards, 60 seconds rest between sprints
