Set Up:
Two lines of players start from the end line. The line closest to the sideline is the attacking line. When the Feeder touches the ball, the players sprint from the end line and around the mannequins. As the players come off the mannequins, the Feeder plays the ball in to the attacker. Play continues 1 v 1 from there. If the defender or the GK wins they ball, they return it to the Feeder. After each 1 v 1 is completed, the players return to the other line so they can alternate between attacking and defending.
Coaching Points:
1. The defender should close as much of the distance as possible before the attacker touches the ball.
2. Don't let the attacker turn and face the goal once he has received the ball.
3. Be patient on defense, and don't stick a foot in.
Progressions:
1. Progress to 2 v 2
