Organization:
Set up a triangle with the cones 5 yards apart. Smaller cones are set up midway between the cones and 3 yards back from the triangle.
Description:
The attacker starts in the center of the triangle, receiving a pass from the Feeder. The three defenders start at the small cones and release with the pass. The object of the game is for the attacker to dribble out of the triangle through any of the three sides.
