Set Up:
Two shooters are set up off at an angle on each side of the field. The drill starts with a shot from one of the attackers. The goalie needs to make a stop by deflecting it out of bounds or covering the ball (no rebounds). Right after the save they run forward to the first cone, backwards to the next cone and so on throughout the cones. The goalie should be facing foward the entire time so they have to work on forward and backward running and changing directions quickly. Once they are through the cones then they square up for the second shot from the other player. Each goalie will take two shots before switching out.
Good for the goalie's footwork.
