The defender dribbles onto the field, makes a 1v1 move, and passes the ball to one of the two attackers to start the 2v1. If the defender wins the ball, they can score on the other goal. Players rotate positions. Rotate goalkeepers every couple minutes.

Run to the attacker with the ball, but don't be too wild. Don't get beat with a pass or 1v1 move.

Pressure the ball.

Can you turn the 2v1 into a 1v1 by cutting off the passing lane between the two attackers and forcing the attacker with the ball to the sideline? Make the angel smaller and smaller to help the goalkeeper.

Transition Attacking to Defending

Try to win the ball back as quickly as possible. Five second rule.
