Set up an 8 x 8 yard box with a large cone in the center.
Description:
The three attackers play keep away from the lone defender, looking to score a point by hitting the large cone in the center. They are limited to two touches and can also score one point by putting together 20 consecutive passes. When an attacker loses possession, they become the defender.
