Set Up:
There are nine players set up on a narrow field, playing 3v3 plus one. The Feeder begins play with a pass in to the attacking team. During the game, the goalkeepers must cover both of the goals on their end line. Games are played to two goals with a five-minute time limit. After each game, a new player takes on the neutral attacker role. On goals or balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder. There is an offsides rule to discourage goal-hanging.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for the blind side run and the thru pass as the defenders try to step up.
2. Anticipate changes of possession and attack with superior numbers.
3. Fake an attack towards a covered goal, and then cross the ball over to the other goal.
Progressions:
1. Use one or two small goals on the end line.
