Set Up:
14 players are set up on a large split field, playing 4v2 in one half, and 2v2 in the other. Play starts in the defending half of the field, with the four attackers looking to pass into the attacking half for a finish on goal. All of the players must stay in their own half during play. When the defending team wins the ball, two new players come onto the field from the end line, and the opposing team sends two off, creating a new 4v2 and 2v2 situation. Play then continues in the other direction. When the ball is put out of play, it is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Use the entire space and force the two defenders to chase the ball.
2. The attackers should check away from the ball in order to create space to run into.
3. In the defending half, do not take players on 1v1 with the dribble.
Progressions:
1. An attacker follows his own pass across.
