Set Up:

Diagram 1 - The attacking team (in black) has a 4v2 advantage in both halves of the field. Attackers must stay in their own half during play, working the ball over the midfield line in order to attack the goal. If the attackers score, they keep possession and attack in the other direction, The two defenders (in red) must stay inside of their half until they win the ball. The four players on the outside do not join the play until there is a turnover.

Diagram 2 - When the two defenders win the ball (in either half) they attack the opposite goal. The two players stationed outside of the field (in the attacking half) come onto the field, creating a 6v4 advantage. If the attackers score during the 6v4, they keep possession and attack in the other direction. When the four defenders win the ball, the play re-starts with 4v2s in each half.

The goalkeeper of the team in possession begins play on re-starts, and after 5-10 minutes the four players on the outside rotate onto the field.
