Organization:
Area: 50y long, 25y wide, with two 10y end zones.
4v4 game with 4 neutral players. Scoring on 4 small goals on the end line. In the center of the field two teams play 4v4. Use three midfielders plus a central defender. On the endlines and on the sidelines are four neutral players who can be used by the team in ball possession. The neutral players must be active. When the ball goes out of bounds, pass the ball back in. A goal can only be scored from a pass from the neutral player between the two goals. The neutral player on the sidelines cannot pass the ball to the neutral player on the endline.
Progression: One defender can also enter the end zone.
Variation: A goal can also be score when an attacking player receives the ball in the end zone.
Game: Keep track of the score. If a goal is directly scored from a one touch pass from the neutral player, it counts double.
Focus Points:
- Buildup in midfield.
- Break the vertical line.
- Make runs to create space, combination plays and to receive the ball behind the defense.
- Keep possession and recognize the right moment to play the ball deep.
- Runs into endzone if midfielders when ball is played into the deep neutral player.
