Set Up:
There are 10 players set up on the large field, with two scoring zones placed in the center. The two teams play 5v5, and must work the ball into a scoring zone (by dribbling or passing) in order to score. After scoring, the attacking team keeps possession. Games are played to five points, best two out of three wins the match. Balls put out of play are restarted by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. The attackers should expand the field and use the entire space.
2. When one zone closes down, switch the ball over to the other side of the field.
3. Be the first to anticipate the transition from attack to defense and vice versa.
Progressions:
1. Shrink the scoring zones.
