Set Up:
12 players are set up on a large field, with triangle goals set on the end lines. The teams play 5v5 and look to score by playing the ball to the goalkeeper stationed in the triangle goal on the opposite end of the field. When a goal is scored, the attacking team keeps possession and changes direction. When the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the field to full length, and look to receive passes in behind the defense.
2. Create superior numbers by attacking immediately after winning the ball.
3. Look for the up, back, and thru combination, playing the last pass to the goalkeeper.
Progressions:
1. To score, the ball must be played in the air to the goalkeeper.
