Set Up:
Ten players are set up on a large field, with triangle goals set near the end lines. The teams play 5v5 and look to score by passing the ball thru the triangle goal to a teammate. When a goal is scored, the attacking team keeps possession and changes direction. When the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the field to full length, and look to receive passes in behind the defense.
2. Create superior numbers by attacking immediately after winning the ball.
3. Look for the up, back, and thru combination, then play thru the triangle.
Progressions:
1. Dribble thru the triangle to score.
