Set Up:
There are 16 players set up on a split field, playing 5v2 in each half. The Feeder begins play with a pass in to either attacking team. The attackers look to score 5v2, but they are limited to one touch. When the defenders win the ball, they pass it to a teammate in the other half to start their 5v2. Attackers can try to re-possess the ball after they lose it, but again, they are only allowed one touch. The Feeder re-starts play on goals and on balls put out of play, and players rotate out of the defending half every five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the space in the attacking half and force the defenders to chase the ball.
2. Look to finish passes set back from the end line.
3. When a teammate pressures the ball, look to double team and win it back.
Progressions:
1. Play 4v3 in each half, no restrictions.
