Set Up:

Twenty players are set up on a large field, playing 8v8 plus four. During the drill, the attacking team maintains possession versus the defending team. They may use the four neutrals (two are stationed on each end line) to relieve pressure. The neutrals are limited to one or two touches. When the ball is put out of play it is re-started by the Feeder, and new players rotate to the neutral positions every five minutes.

Coaching Points:

1.  When attacking, use the entire length and width of the field.

2.  Anticipate turnovers in order to have a faster transition than your opponent.

3.  Change the point of the attack just before an area of the field closes down.

Progressions:

1.  The neutrals can move around the outside of the field.
