Set Up:
Two teams play 9 v 9, with two large goals are placed on each end line. The teams play two 20 minute halves, with no conditions. The goalkeepers move between the two goals and may use their hands from 18 yards in, all the way across the field. Throw-ins and corner kicks are used on balls played out of bounds. The Feeder re-starts play on goals and balls put out of play.
Coaching Points:
1. Move the ball with one or two touches. Stay in rhythm with the rest of the team.
2. Connect both sides of the field with hard, driven passes.
3. Look to shoot from distance if the defense fails to pressure the ball.
Progressions:
1. Play 8 v 8 plus two.
