Set Up:
Balls are served in the air to an attacker with a defender right on his back. The attacker controls the ball and attempts to turn on the defender and dribble past him.
Progression:
The attacker controls the ball with the chest or thigh and then attempts to juggle the ball with pressure from behind, trying to see how long he can keep possession.
