Organization:
Set up five cones along the end line, leading players to the speed ladder and another line of cones. Place a mini trampoline at the end of the second cone line (or perform a different exercise if you don't have one). A very large cone is set up in the center, just past the mini trampoline.
Description:
Players start at the cone with a ball. After passing the ball out to the shooter, players turn around and run through the line of large cones, taking them into the speed ladder. When they come off of the ladder, the players turn towards the center, run over the next line of cones and onto the mini trampoline. They run in place until the shot is taken by the previous player (Player 6 in the diagram), and then come down off of the mini trampoline to receive the pass out from the end line. The shooter pushes the ball past the very large cone with his first touch, and shoots with the second touch. After shooting, players run to the starting cone and pick up a ball.
