Organization:
On a small field, set up a large hurdle in the center, with three cones placed ten yards away from the hurdle.
Description:
The Feeder calls out a number, and the player performs a sprint and/or jump based on that call. After each run, the Feeder tosses the ball to the player for him to control and volley back. Then the Feeder immediately calls another number. The player runs for 30-60 seconds.
The Calls:
One - Sprint to the cone on the left and back.
Two - Jump over the hurdle and back again.
Three - Jump over the hurdle, sprint to the cone on the right, sprint back and jump over the hurdle.
