Organization:

Set up four cones for agility work and a series of cones for dribbling and sprinting.

Description:

At the first four cones (blue), the player performs an agility exercise and then sprints to the ball placed at the first red cone. From there, the player dribbles around the red cones and leaves the ball at the last one. From there, he sprints around the first green cone and thru the gate.

  • Small touches on the ball

  • Quick Feet

  • Effort
