Set Up:

During this drill, players make one touch passes whenever possible, and use two touches when it's necessary. There are two passing lines - one for short passes and one for long passes. After making the long pass, players run to the short passing spot. After making the short pass, they run to the long passing line on the opposite end.  

Coaching Points:

1.  Strike the top half of the ball to keep it on the ground.

2.  Weight your pass so that the next player can play one touch.

3.  Pick up your foot to knock down a bouncing ball.

Progressions:

1.  Variations: Two touch, outside of the foot. Two touch, inside of both feet.
