Set Up:
Individual player working continuously with a ball inside a box of cones.
Description:
Part One – Perform the scissors move around the ball, alternating feet with each step.
Part Two - Perform the full sole roll, alternating feet with each step.
Part Three - Perform the football dance, stepping over the ball and putting to toe of your back foot on top of it.
Part Four – Perform the step on, followed by a full sole roll back to the inside of the other foot. Push the ball back out and repeat.
Part Five – Same as Part Four, using the other foot.
