Set Up:
Pairs of players will move back and forth across the grid, combining with the target player in the center - Player 3. In the example above, Player 1 passes up to Player 3 and runs forward. At the same time, Player 2 runs onto the field to receive a back pass from Player 3. Player 2 then passes the ball up to the next pair - Players 4 and 5 - and the drill starts back in the opposite direction. Player 4 makes the first pass up and Player 5 runs on to receive the back pass from Player 3.
