Set Up:
There are 10-12 players set up in the attacking third, with three goals and goalkeepers. The players dribble clockwise around the field, finishing balls at each of the three goals. After taking the shot, the players pick up a new ball and continue around the circuit. After finishing his third shot, the shooter switches out with a Feeder. Every 5-10 minutes, the shooters change direction.
Coaching Points:
1. Look up and deal with the goalkeeper, as opposed to just hitting the ball towards goal.
2. The last dribble touch should make for a better shooting angle.
3. Approach the ball from a forty-five degree angle rather than coming straight on.
Progressions:
1. Finish balls set back from the goal post.
