Set Up:

Perform two exercises in succession, using the speed ladder and a row of cones.

Description:

First Exercise:

1.  Lateral movement, in and out of the ladder.

2.  Quick feet, slalom thru the cones.

3.  Slalom dribble through the cones using both feet.

Second Exercise:

1.  Right/left in and out of the ladder.

2.  Quick feet, slalom thru the cones.

3.  Slalom dribble through the using the bottom of both feet.
