Set Up:
There are 18 players set up on a small field, playing 4v4 with two players on each sideline. During the game, the players on the inside of the field can use their teammates on the outside to relieve pressure. The outside players are limited to one touch. The games are played to two goals, with a five minute time limit. The teams switch out after each game is complete. On goals and balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder
Coaching Points:
1. Use the sideline players to change the point of the attack.
2. Play in a one and two touch rhythm. There is very little time or space in this game.
3. Use the sideline players in two and three player combinations (ex. Up, back, and thru).
Progressions:
1. Each team has a player on each sideline and each end line.
