Set Up:
There are 18 players set up inside the field, playing 8v8. The attacking team starts with three balls, and they can score in either goal. The defending team simply knocks the balls out of play, rather than trying to win the ball and score. The turn is over when all three balls have been put out of play, and then the defending team takes its turn at attacking. The first team to win three games wins the match.
Coaching Points:
1. Your turning moves should keep the ball shielded from the defender.
2. Get sideways on to the defender and then look to make contact with the shoulder.
3. Attack down the center of the field and try to keep the ball off of the sideline.
Progressions:
1. If the defending team steals, they can score.
