Set Up:
14 players are set up on a small field, playing 6v6. Each team designates two players who must play one touch (Players 1 and 2 for both teams in the diagram). Games are played to two goals with a five minute time limit. Balls played out of bounds are re-started by the Feeder, and new teams are formed after three games.
Coaching Points:
1. The team in possession should expand the field immediately after winning the ball.
2. Know where you’re going with the ball before you receive it.
3. Anticipate the pass to a one touch player, and start your run early.
Progressions:
1. Restrict one team to one touch. They only have to score one goal to win.
