Organization:
Set up a gate (large cones) in the center and place lines of small cones off to the right and left of the gate.
Description:
Player 1 passes the ball across to Player 2, who touches the ball back and runs to the outside of the gate. Player 1 touches it out to Player 2, who returns it to Player 1 again. Player 2 then turns and runs an agility exercise through the cones while Player 1 begins the next four pass sequence with Player 3. After striking his first pass, Player 3 runs to the side of the gate opposite from Player 2. All of the passes in the sequence are struck first time. The players stay in their positions for 2-3 minutes before Player 1 switches out.
