Set Up:
Four players start at the cones. Players 1 and 2 are the 'runners', Players 3 and 4 are the 'passers'. The drill begins with Players 3 and 4 passing to Players 1 and 2 at the same time. Players 1 and 2 play one touch passes back and then run to the opposite cone. Once Players 1 and 2 are set at the cones, the passers play the ball up again to the player in front of them. The runners move back and forth for a set numbers of passes or a set amount of time before switching places with the passers.
