Organization:
Place a rebounder in the center of the field, 30 yards from goal. A Feeder is stationed on the goal line, and the shooter starts just outside of the 18.
Description:
The Feeder serves an air ball out to the shooter, who controls the ball and turns. After turning, the shooter plays the ball off of the rebounder and turns to goal, picking up the ball and shooting from outside of the penalty area.
Focus Points:

Direct the first touch as you control the ball out of the air.

Run along with the ball as it comes off of the rebounder.

Create a good shooting angle as you receive.
