Set Up:
Three players are set up in a small circle, with two attackers on the outside and the defender in the middle. The two attackers play keep away from the defender, and they must stay on the perimeter of the circle at all times. When the defender wins the ball, the player who lost it becomes the defender. Defenders should come out of the middle if they are in there for more than 30 seconds.
