Set up four flags in a small rectangle.
Description:
The players work in three channels - Outside left, center, and outside right - moving back and forth across the grid. The players can also come into the center of each channel in order to play shorter passes. Ideally, the players should use one touch to pass the ball straight back and two touches to move around a flag and into the next channel.
