ORGANIZATION:
Field of 10 x 10 or larger. Four attackers, one on each side. Don’t stand in the corner. One defender in the center. Attackers try to connect as many passes as possible. The defender tries to win the ball back. The attacker who loses the ball or gives a bad pass becomes the defender.
FOCUS POINTS:
Technique:
- Pass with correct speed to correct foot. Receive with the furthest foot to open up.
Tactical Attackers:
- Get into the corners to help out your teammate on the ball.
Tactical Defender:
- Work hard and recognize the moment to win the ball back; bad 1st touch, bad pass, high ball, receiver is in corner.
