Set Up: 

Set up three cones in a horizontal line and place a ball at the end of the line. From the ball, extend a vertical line of five cones.

Description:

Part One – High steps, sole roll, backpedal and sprint..

Part Two – Quick steps, side roll, backpedal and sprint..

Part Three - Single hops, sole roll, backpedal and sprint..

Focus Points:

  • Small, quick steps over and around the cones.

  • Sharp changes of direction with the dribble.
