Set Up:

Individual player runs through the ladder and then a vertical cone line, with and without the ball.

Description:

Part One – Single steps in and out of the ladder, slalom through the cones, slalom back with the ball, pendulum dribble back to start.  

Part Two – Single steps in and out of the ladder, high step over the cones, slalom back with the ball, dribble back back to start (using pullbacks).
