Organization:

Perform several exercises in succession, using the speed ladder:

1.  Lateral movement, in and out.

2.  Lateral movement, step behind the leg.

3.  Right foot in and out.

4.  Left foot in and out.

5.  Two squares forward, one back.

*Pay close attention to foot placement (hit the center of each square) and establishing a rhythm.
