Organization:

Set up two lines of small cones, five yards apart. Place large cones five yards away from the cone lines, and in the center.

Description:

Players one touch the ball back and forth at one end of the cone line (the right side in the diagram), then run through the cone line to their left. When they reach that end, the pass the other ball back, run around the large cone, and back to the start. Players continue to circle in this manner, staying on their side of the field. The direction of the drill changes after 3-5 minutes.
