Set Up:
Two players start in the small zones on the flanks, and one players starts in the center. The player in the center checks in towards the ball, then out in order to receive the pass. After receiving, he turns and passes to the player in the opposite zone. Once that player receives, the center player repeats the pattern of checking in and then out to receive. The player in the center rotates out every 1-2 minutes.
