Set Up:
Set up two penalty areas with goals off to the side. Players speed dribble at goal and finish. Players have 3-5 to shoot (time based on age group). The first team to score 10 goals wins.
Coaching Points:
1. Keep the dribble under control.
2. Spot the GK before you reach the penalty area.
3. Your last dribble should allow you to shoot at all four corners.
Progressions:
1. After shooting, the player defends the next ball.
2. Set up small goals opposite the large goals for defenders to score in after winning the ball.
